FLEX YOUR MEMORY MUSCLE WITH LOW HANGING FRUIT OPPORTUNITIES
Remember the article “Honey can you think for me” last week? Well here’s another lazy person’s approach to discussion: using “IDK” excessively. ‘I Don’t Know’ is more typically used as a reflex, a bad habit and doesn’t allow you to grow your brain. One young adult told me she uses it because it’s easier than thinking. The side effects are huge!
Why let you the low hanging fruit of improving memory escape you?
LESSON OF THE DAY: Substitute IDK with “Give me a moment to think” and pump that neuro-muscle to see if you can come up with something. Even make an educated gamble and a smart guess (some inferring needed.)
